How we use AI
This document is provided in English, which is the binding version.
The agent says what it is
Every message our agent sends is marked as automated, with a note that a person reviews exceptions. Buyers and their software agents always know they are dealing with an automated system acting for the supplier.
Rules decide prices
The agent reads price requests and replies. The price itself is calculated by the supplier's rules: price list, discount limits and floor price. The agent never goes below the floor, never invents terms the supplier has not given it, and does not sign contracts or take payment.
People decide the rest
| The agent does on its own | The supplier's team approves | The agent never does |
|---|---|---|
| Quotes from the price list with the supplier's terms; discounts up to the limit; asks for missing details; checks the buyer's company; sends the order to the ERP | Discounts past the limit; buyers whose company check fails or looks doubtful; anything the supplier chooses to review, up to every deal | Go below the floor price; invent terms; sign contracts or take payment |
Talking to a person
A buyer can ask for a person at any time by writing to the supplier directly. Our customers can switch any decision to manual approval.
Data and models
We do not use customer or buyer data to train AI models. Our current subprocessors are listed here.
